Learn to hold your ground - and rise with confidence.
In this traditional Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, you’ll train both standing and ground techniques rooted in practical self-defence. From managing distance to escaping wrist, hair, and body grabs, you'll build real-world skills in a safe, supportive, and respectful training environment.
Through partner drills and controlled sparring, you'll develop essential grappling skills - including positional control, sweeps, passes, and submissions. This is close-contact training that fosters not just technique, but confidence, awareness, and trust in your own instincts and body.
Jiu Jitsu teaches you to stay grounded and flow through life’s challenges.
